New Crops: Bioenergy, Biomaterials, and Sustainability

Plenary Sessions feature Policy-makers from U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, Secretary and Under-Secretary of the Dept. of Agriculture, Department of Defense program updates, and reports from USDA, National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) funded Coordinated Agricultural Projects (CAP) on Sustainable Bioenergy by Principal Investigators focusing on regional approaches for Bioenergy Feedstocks and collaboration between overlapping regional maps. New technologies to meet new challenges facing agriculture for Bioenergy and Biomaterials will also be discussed.
