Sustainability Report - 2010
2010 - Framework: GRI
The Centre for Sustainability (CSE) is committed to behaving as a responsible corporate citizen and is a signatory of the UN Global Compact (UNGC). The CSE is committed to the UNGC and endorses its 10 Principles, referring to human rights, labor standards, environment, and anti-corruption. Most importantly, all the previously mentioned areas are fully embedded within the culture or our organization. This applies equally to activities within the organization and to CSE’s relationships and work with all its stakeholders.
We believe in the spirit of transparency. As a result, we ensure that information pertaining to the economic, social, and environmental effects of our operations is accessible and available to all stakeholders. This Communication on Progress (CoP) forms an internal part of our commitment. It covers the period from July 2007 to July 2008.
Throughout the CSE website, you’ll see a detailed breakdown of our commitment to each of the 10 Principles, the different policies, process and management system we have in place and our actions and targets for continuous improvement.
We welcome any comments and/or enquiries pertaining to the presentation of our data and information.
