Privacy Policy

  1. PRIVACY POLICY. This “Privacy Policy” is subject to the Wizness Terms of Use, found here. All capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the same definitions assigned to them in the Terms of Use.


    1. Acceptance of Policy. By providing personal information to the Company for the purposes of creating User’s account, User expressly and voluntarily accepts the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

    1. Purpose. When User creates an account on the Wizness Platform, User provides the Company with information (including your name, email address and password) that we use to allow you to use the Wizness Platform and other associated services such as Company Applications as well as to interact with other Users.

    1. Supplying Information. User’s submission of personal information to the Wizness Platform is entirely voluntary on User’s part. User is responsible for the accuracy of the information that the User shares or submits on Wizness.

    1. Withdrawal of Consent. User may withdraw consent to Company’s collection of User’s personal information by terminating this Agreement according to Section 18 of the Terms of Use, but withdrawal of consent is not retroactive.

    1. Privacy Settings. Wizness offers a public profile feature that allows Users to publish their Wizness profiles to the internet at large. Users may opt-out of this feature by editing their account settings in “My Privacy.”

    1. Third Parties. Company will not sell or rent, User’s personal information to third parties, except as described in this Privacy Policy. User is responsible for managing the privacy settings of User’s profile.

      1. Company may provide aggregate anonymous data about the usage of Services to third parties for purposes that Company, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate.

      1. Company will not disclose User’s personal information unless it is reasonably necessary to:

        1. comply with legal processes, including court orders, civil or criminal subpoenas, or other compulsory disclosures;

        2. enforce this Agreement;

        3. respond to claims of violation of third party rights;

        4. respond to customer service inquiries;

        5. protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Company, Users, or the public; or

        6. comply with a sale of Company’s assets.


    1. Registration. To become a User, User must provide his or her name, email address, and password.

      1. User acknowledges Company will use this information to identify the User.

      1. User may provide additional information at his or her discretion, such as professional experience or contact information, which can be used by Company in any manner specified in the Terms of Use.

      1. By providing an email address and by clicking on “Join Now” the User gives its consent to receive from Company at this email address, alerts, documents, articles etc. related to the Wizness Platform. User may opt out to receive such information via email by changing the “Email Alerts” tab within the User’s profile.

    1. Using Wizness. Company receives information when User interacts with and uses the Wizness Platform, such as when User shares information, creates content, participates in polls, joins groups, etc.

    1. Cookies. Company uses cookies to track site usage and to improve the quality of service.

      1. User may block or remove cookies by changing User’s internet browser settings, but in some cases that may impact User’s ability to use Wizness;

      1. In the course of serving advertisements or optimizing the Services to Users, Company place or recognize a unique cookie on User’s browser and may also allow authorized third parties to do the same.

        1. Any information provided to third parties through cookies will not be personally identifiable, but may provide general information, such as User’s industry, career field, or professional background, for the enhancement of User’s experience by providing more relevant advertising.

        2. Wizness does not store unencrypted personally identifiable information in the cookies.

        3. By Clicking on “Join Now” the User gives its consent to the use of cookies on the Wizness Platform. The User may opt-out of receiving Cookies at any time by changing the settings in the User’s web browser. However, User accepts that the Platform and any other services operating on the platform (including but not limited to Company Applications and Third Party Applications) may not function or may not function correctly when cookies are deactivated.

    1. When controlling personal data Company shall i) unless otherwise agreed in writing, collect and process the personal data to the extent and in such manner as is necessary for the provision of the services or as is required by law or a regulatory body, ii) implement the appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing or accidental loss, destruction, damage, alteration or disclosure.

    1. Users accessing the Wizness Platform have a right to access and rectify the User’s personal data held by the Company. If the User wishes to do so, User must address a mail to contact@wizness.comn.

    1. Data Retention: User may delete their user account by emailing Once the Company has deactivated the User’s account, the personal information User has provided will no longer be available to User or other Users of the Wizness Platform with the exception of information shared by the User and/or copied by other Users which may remain visible. The Company however, does not control when search engines update their cache and therefore some public information shared by the User on its profile may still be available via such search engines even if the information has been removed from the Company’s publicly viewable database. The Company retains User information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce this Agreement.
